Welcome to your command center for survey insights! Every survey features an Overview tab, giving you a snapshot of this survey's performance at a glance. Track real-time responses, monitor key metrics like completion rates and response times, and get a quick pulse on how your audience is engaging. With visual data summaries and customizable filters, you can easily spot trends, uncover actionable insights, and ensure your surveys are hitting the mark. Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your questions or dive deep into respondent feedback, this is your go-to hub for making data-driven decisions.

Date Range Picker

By selecting different date ranges (e.g., Last 7 days, Last 30 Days, etc), you can view data relevant to that particular time frame. It’s a handy tool for quick, dynamic reporting and analysis.

Response rate

Stay on top of how well your surveys are performing with the Response Rate section. This area provides a clear view of how many people are engaging with your surveys, offering a simple yet powerful snapshot of your audience’s participation. Quickly identify any drop-off points and see trends in engagement over time. With this information at hand, you can make informed decisions to improve response rates, whether it’s refining your survey content or adjusting the timing of your outreach. The Response Rate section is your go-to resource for monitoring and enhancing survey participation.

Calculating the Response Rate

No. of Views

Views indicate the total number of times your survey has been opened by respondents. This metric helps you gauge the reach and visibility of your survey.

No. of Responses

Responses count the total number of completed submissions for your survey. This metric shows how many people fully engaged with and answered all the survey questions.


CSAT Metrics

The scoreboard widget displays the CSAT score for the current period, providing a clear and concise view of how customers feel about their interactions or Furthermore, the widget also highlights the change in score compared to the previous period.

Alongside the scoreboard is a chart showcasing the distribution of responses. It shows how many responses were rated 5, 4, 3, and so on. This helps you see the spread of customer ratings, making it easier to spot trends in feedback, rather than just looking at the overall CSAT score.


NPS Metrics

The scoreboard widget displays the NPS score for the current period, giving a simple and clear view of how likely customers are to recommend your business. It also shows the change in score compared to the previous period, helping you quickly see if customer loyalty is improving or declining over time.

Next to the scoreboard is a chart displaying the distribution of NPS responses. It shows how many customers are promoters, passives, and detractors based on their ratings. This breakdown helps you see the spread of customer loyalty, making it easier to identify trends in feedback, rather than just focusing on the overall NPS score.


CES Metrics

It also highlights the change in score compared to the previous period, helping you quickly assess whether customer effort is improving or getting worse over time.

This breakdown helps you see the range of customer effort, making it easier to spot trends in feedback, rather than just focusing on the overall CES score.


5 Star Rating

The scoreboard widget displays the average 5-star rating for the current period, giving a clear view of how satisfied customers are with your business. It also shows the change in the rating compared to the previous period, helping you quickly see if customer satisfaction is improving or declining over time.

Score Trend Chart

The Score Trends Chart shows the movement of customer ratings over time, allowing you to track how satisfaction is changing across different periods. This chart makes it easy to spot upward or downward trends, identify key moments when scores peaked or dipped, and understand the overall trajectory of customer satisfaction. It’s a powerful tool for monitoring progress and making data-driven decisions to improve the customer experience.
